We DO NOT currently ship internationally.

We currently ship within the United States and select international countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please email us at info@myonnefashion.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Each item is made-to-order with care and attention. Everyday wear: Ships in 3–4 weeks (often sooner) Detailed gowns & custom pieces: Ships in 4–8 weeks Tracking info will be emailed once your item is shipped.

For custom items with beading and extension details, the shipping time is typically 4 to 8 weeks. However, items requiring intricate details may take 3 to 6 months for delivery. Please consider this timeline when placing your order for custom pieces.

No exceptions, all custom designs are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. An email or written claim for missing, wrong, or damaged items must be made within one week of receipt of the order. Please inspect all items upon arrival. An email or written claim for dissatisfaction for any other reason must be made within 30 days of receipt of the style. Return and exchange requests for non-sale merchandise are accepted for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Email: info@myonnefashion.com

We do not offer refunds, but eligible items may be returned for store credit. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Custom gowns and sale items are final sale. Please review our full Return Policy.
